Brooke is the Marketing Manager for UGE International. She is responsible for developing the company's global marketing strategy and execution. She is skilled in research, digital strategy, user experience, graphic design, and press relations capable of executing and optimizing marketing campaigns which drive leads and opportunities to the company's regional sales teams.
Brooke previously worked for two European digital marketing company's, Imagine and Inspired Mobile. As their first U.S. hire she helped both company's to set up shop in the USA, closing Burberry as their first U.S. client and other key accounts to follow. Brooke holds a dual Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Design, Innovation, and Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

Regional Director, UGE Canada
Before joining UGE in 2017, Marty spent most of his career in the power electronics industry. During 5 years as the Canadian Sales and Business Development Manager with Advanced Energy, he closed over $100M in market leading, commercial/utility solar inverter sales. Prior to Advanced Energy, Marty spent 17 years with Satcon/InverPower, working on solar/fuel cell inverters, high power rectifiers, and frequency converters for military aviation. This included management positions in Sales, Project Management, Procurement and Manufacturing. Marty graduated from Mohawk College in 1992.
Regional Director, UGE USA, Mid-Atlantic
Andrew is UGE’s Regional Director for the Mid-Atlantic, USA region, focusing on the development of commercial solar projects and providing a seamless customer experience. Andrew brings over 25 years of professional business development and sales management experience from the technology, infrastructure, & renewable energy sectors. Working primarily with Fortune 500 commercial and industrial customers on the east coast, he’s held senior sales roles with Gartner, APC, and Ameresco. He earned a BSBA from Kutztown University of PA & Buckinghamshire College, UK with concentrations in Business Marketing and International Finance. He is a US Marine Corps veteran and served in both the 1st & 3rd Marine Air Wings. Andrew employs a consultative, professional sales approach and delivers budget-neutral, turn-key, energy-saving solutions to his clients.
Business Development Manager, UGE USA
Guillermo is a member of the Business Development team at UGE, focusing on maintaining and developing client relationships and managing opportunities throughout the development process. Guillermo is currently expanding UGE’s presence in the Northeastern USA market. At UGE, Guillermo is tasked with coordinating with engineering and project development in attaining all pertinent information requisite to preparing projects for customers. Guillermo joined UGE in 2016 and holds over 4 years of Business Development experience.
Guillermo is an Industrial Engineer who holds an M.S. degree from Columbia University in Sustainability Management concentrating on global energy systems and a professional certificate in Sustainable Finance.
Business Development Manager, UGE USA
Brandon is a member of the Business Development team at UGE, focusing on maintaining and developing client relationships and managing projects throughout the development process in the Northeast USA. Brandon joined UGE in 2015. He is experienced at maximizing value to commercial clients and maintains a deep understanding of solar economics in the region. Brandon holds a master’s degree in sustainability management from Columbia University as well as a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University.
Sales Manager, UGE Philippines
Ralph leads all sales activities for UGE Philippines. Previously, he worked for two other solar companies with a wide range of sales and marketing experience from top industries. He holds a leadership position to the UGE Philippines' sales team and is ramping up the number of solar projects being installed in the country. Based in Cebu, Ralph is proud to be represent the UGE brand and spread solar awareness. He is responsible for managing and building new client relationships from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. His exposure to and passion for renewable energy makes him a true advocate for solar energy and a credible sales professional.
Ralph graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelors of Science in Tourism in 2008 with and plans for continuing education in the fields of Environmental Sustainability and Management.
Associate Manager, Business Development
Ethica is a member of the Business Development team at UGE and is responsible for proposal development and support activities. She is involved in the delegation of design materials, and coordinates with each department for the proposal process. She supports business activities in the US, Canada, and the Philippines. She also performs reviews of designs and materials before final approval by the UGE team.
Ethica joined UGE in 2015 coming from the Urban Land Institute, an urban planning organization, where she focused on communicating and implementing internal technology decisions to the organization’s members. Ethica graduated from The George Washington University in International Business and Sustainability.
